chocolate chip cookies
This is a yummy recipe. Be careful, they won’t last long.
Wet ingreedients
- 2 egg
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup shortening
- 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 1 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
Dry ingreedients
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
The good stuff
- 2 Cups chipits
- 1 Cup chopped nuts
Cream together wet ingreedients. Mix dry ingreedients and add to wet stiring until
well blended. Slowly stir in chipits and nuts.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using an icecream scoop. Place a dozen dough balls (60 mL)
on a cookie sheet. Place on the center rack in the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove from
sheet and place on plate or cooling racks. Makes about 1 dozen cookies
These cookies are great with milk.
